The challenge
Modern architecture leaves nowhere to hide. Long unbroken ceiling planes, glass walls, and minimal trim meant every fixture and speaker was a design decision, not a technical one.
Our approach
Cove and linear details were dimensioned with the architect so the light source is never visible, only the wash it produces.
Color-tunable accent lighting was reserved for surfaces that benefit from it — stone, millwork, stair walls — rather than sprayed across the whole house.
Audio used a small number of high-output in-ceiling speakers on tight layouts to keep ceiling penetrations to a minimum.
The result
The house has a handful of scenes that carry the whole day, and the light does the work of the finishes rather than competing with them.

Ambient, task, accent, and decorative layers each on their own control, tuned so the room can be bright and functional or low and cinematic without ever looking flat.
Audio you hear but don't see
Six zones of concealed in-ceiling audio follow the family through the house on a single app, with keypad shortcuts in the kitchen and primary suite for the times nobody wants to find a phone.
