Surrounding the display is a custom-designed speaker system, engineered specifically for the space. Combined with a McIntosh amplifier, the result is a viewing experience that feels powerful, detailed, and incredibly controlled.

Lighting & Shading That Work With the Home (Not Against It)
Natural light is one of the most important elements in any Colorado home—but it needs to be controlled properly.
This residence features a fully integrated Lutron lighting and shading system, allowing the home to respond to the environment throughout the day.
- Motorized shades adjust with the sun to protect interiors and reduce heat gain
- Outdoor shades with side channels create true usable outdoor spaces—adding shade, privacy, and even helping retain warmth when overhead heaters are in use
